My Approach
Life can be very challenging and there may be times we need some help and support from a professional. I aim to offer a safe and comfortable environment in which you can talk openly and be listened to, heard and understood.
Together, we can explore how you can go about achieving your aims, be it increased confidence, better relationships, reduced stress or a more satisfying job, coming out of depression or feeling happier.
What you talk about is entirely up to you and will be kept confidential. I aim to offer a safe, comfortable environment in which you will be able to feel at ease enough to talk about what might be difficult subjects. The thought of counselling might understandably, seem a daunting prospect. However, I will listen without judgment or criticism and work creatively with you around the issues you bring, to explore your options and find satisfactory resolutions.
Many of my clients have told me they have gained new perspectives and increased confidence through our work together. Whatever you come to counselling for, we will find a way through it and a way forward.
